Respected/ Owners of consulting offices
Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you about receiving a letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (L / MH / 1751) dated 20/6 / 1439. It referred to the introduction of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment of a new procedure for trade registers associated with multidisciplinary consulting offices. The Ministry requested the representative (by the Commercial Registry Department) that these records should be divided according to the number of advisory specialties licensed to the consulting office.
This is a procedure that had not been in place previously. Before, each office had a single trade record comprising all of its advisory functions as one integrated advisory unit.
Therefore, the Minister of Commerce and Investment formed a committee that is responsible for the subject of separating consultancy activities, where each license has a separate and stand-alone record instead of what was previously applied.
The Office of the Minister has asked for a count of all consulting offices with more than one professional license in order to provide the office of the minister with the number of such offices and their ratio to the number of offices operating in the market.
